For non activate dublicate sim

Dear Sir,

I am a Idea cell phone user my prepaid number is (9911787790). last month i lost my mobile after that i block my number immediately. On 27-09-09 i take my duplicate Sim from authorized showroom of idea @ Rs. 75/- but still my number is not activated. I will try many more times Idea Customer Care for activate my Sim but they haven't any response, Please help me for this complaint and activate my number as soon as possible
