Had a very bad experience with idea customer service as detailed below. Looks like big competitions dont scare idea anymore.
Walk the talk. And let the customer service take a walk...
I already made three calls since last days to help me sort out a problem. In the time & age when you do everything from making presentations to banking, my small request to help me set up my email account (as my hand set was asking for outgoing & incoming server) was not addressed.
22 nov - I made the first call. After usual verification processes i was given a ref no # 91028974, and told that someone will address this latest by 24 nov. I tried to reconfirm if he understood the problem & he affirmed.
24 nov - actually someone called but had no inkling of the problem, again the confirmation drill & narration of problem. Ans: oh i cant solve it. Please take another ref no # 91089557, to be solved by 26th.
And yes no one called. everyone went walking... probably they were talking also
Since its my problem i call again today (28 nov). Some nameless CS guy & then certain Gaurav... galore of sorrys later... gives the exact same answer. ' we will put in & process it, then work on it, then re work & then call you. Ref No - 91448429. Someone will call within two days.
nasa didnot take this long i am sure
Its is so disturbing.
An idea certainly can change your life & how...
Also some random no - 9990555555 was given, although Gaurav cudnt explain how calling this no will help me.
