Getting unwanted calls

I am getting unwanted calls very frequently. These calls have unwanted recorded message which creates lots of distraction for me. Also I have activated a dialer tone and i want to change it but for that when i dial Say idea number 55456 it starts a long wizard which consumes lots of money from my account.
