Claimed speed and connectivity

Dear Sir/M'am

As per the plan the claim spped is given 236.8 kbps, but i am getting speed in betwwen 5 to 30 kbps only which is ~1/10 of calied spped.

Within 7 days the conctivity is being disturbed, and when i call to Customer care (no is 9990012345 whcih is not toll free no.), inspite of that they are going to repeted ans and those are not going to solve my problem any more.

Moreover when i want to speak with is seniors, my call was on for 5 to 6 min and even i was not given to the call to senior rather than they are cutting the phone call.

I want the solution on urgent basis or else please do get my money back.
