Tata cheated Us

We are using Tata cell numbered - 9224635944 and 9224636876 in our organisation from last 4 to 5 years.

Few days back we received a call from Tata Employee - Sujata (as told by her) on our number - 9224635944. she told us - that you are the old customer, so shall Tata add Rs 400 to our number - 9224635944. we asked her if there will be any changes in plan and validity, she said " NO ". then we gave her a Green Signal to do it. And she Did. But afterwards our validity was changed from 2014 to 2009 and all balances were UP and DOWN after we got Balance of Rs 400. Then as usual we started fighting with Tata by visiting Kandivali Gallery, there they registered complaint and issued us a complaint number NTT075505826 and after few days we received sms from Tata that you are charged perfectly as per plan. And afterwards i called on tatas customercare and spoke to Ashok Vaikar or Ashok Vanekar who seats at Pune Call Centre, he gave me assurance that our Head will call you in 24 Hrs, but till 48 Hrs i have not received any call. PLEASE HELP ME.

Same thing was done by Mr. Manoj (Tata Employee as said by him ) - on our Number - 9224636876 and we received Complaint number NTTO75523226 for that and we are fighting for it.
