Idea Net Setter very slow

I've purchased Idea Net Setter high speed wireless internet connection data speed upto 236.8kbps unlimited plan Rs 849 in Jan'09 and Iam getting internet speed only 1.11to 5.23 kbps and the worst thing is that sometime the speed of internet in bytes. Please suggest me what to do???
