Unable to access internet

I purchased Idea net setter data card bearing mobile sim no.9617542495 four days before as on 1.02.09. It worked for two days very smoothly. However, I could not access it from 3.02.09. I contacted customer care and sent messages continously but no response was found till date. The card was recharged with Rs. 503 today 03.02.09 for unlimited scheme as informed by the seller but even after the recharge was successful I could not access. However I am giving this complaint from other wireless connection sources for your immediate action, please. Hope that you will comply to my complaint.
