Sir, the idea company salesman sold me usb stick for rupees 2800 with internet connection no.9990113716 vide receipt no.2006730 on 11-07 on my laptop having programme of windows vista but after few days the said wireless system of internet created problem and stop to working.the service fault was reported at 9990012345 at data card helpline 4-5 times but to no use.i did 3 e-mails to there complaint cell but no person came to me for solution and the company have cheated me in the name of fast internet connection.i am studying in a foreign country and hence for my father mr.dev anand shall handle the complaint.i am leaving behind product and documents with him.thanks parshant kumar s/o dev anand ud-5 p&t colony dev nagar new delhi-5 e-mail- dev5357 @ yahoo.com. kindly, take necessary action and compensate my family for the fradulent sale of usb stick and service fault on the part of idea company.
