Idea charging Rupees 200 extra for 4 months

Hi All,

I have Idea postpaid add on connections on the original is on my cousins name and I am using this number from past one year and I head activated the 200 GPRS plan for a month,

But after a month i have just deactivated the same, But still i am being charged for the 200 pm and i don't want to loose this number So I am hanging with this idea services. Please suggest me what to do.. I have complaint CC about this but they are not in listening mood. Also when i call up this guys they every time tell me that i have not sent the SMS for the deactivation whereas i did send that many times. Hence they will keep on charging me for the same. Please suggest me what to do. Any IDEA Sirji???
