Customer care executive faudlently activate gprs system and deducting Rs 20 Per day

I got call from idea service no 9891028297. for activating gprs internet service. which i didnt accepted his offer. but he told that the idea service will deduct Rs 20 from my account each month.

they asked some questions like. Mobile company, mobile model. etc.

and then told me i have activated internet service and the said amount will te deducted.

I do not need Gprs internet service so why will idea service deduct Rs 20 each month.
