Amount deducted but recharge not successful

Dear Sir,

This is Gaurav Agarwal (Mob No. 09718256862 - DELHI). Today I recharge (of Rs.222) my phone from internet banking with my ICICI bank account (at 10:24 hrs). But no confirmation received till now and amount of Rs.222 has been deducted from my acc. Immediately. Kindly arrange to make this payment successful otherwise reverse the payment to my acc..

Please take necessary action at the earliest.
