Services stopped

Services to my mobile no.9702349976 have been stopped from 18/08 from evening. The reason the Idea people mention that since the mobile is not recharges for more than 6 month, the services have stopped and now I have to compulsorily recharge by Rs.200/-. As on today the balance on my account is Rs.118.30 paise and I do not see the necessary to recharge it by Rs.200/-. I had mentioned that if necessary I shall recharge it by Rs.50/- but not more than that.

Now the Customer Care people say that if you go for a lifetime service than it is compulsory to recharge by Rs.200/-. after every 6 months. If I would have been aware of it, I would not have done my last recharge of Rs.222/- but only would have recharged by Rs.50/-. Atleast by doing so my services would not have been stopped.

It is rediculous that you stop the services without informing the person.

Only BIG advertisement of TALK WHEN YOU WALK - internal system of Idea is a BIG failure.
