Diconnect service without any information

Hi i am deepak my mobile no. is 09812144200 (Haryana). I am using idea service, since 2004. 22/10 my service has been diconnected by idea without any information, due to not submmision of ID documents. I have submit the document 23/10, but still my service has not been resume by idea. plz help me, i am facing problem..
