Unwanted bullshit messages

Hi My Sister is gettign very very bullshit messages from 53030 since 4 months and in the last 3 months it has become heavier. In my investigation i found that it is from idea. She stays in tirupati at present. When i have enquired from my side seriously, i have got two doubts in the form of clues. one is the person who knows this girls number might have given the same to any of his colleagues in nearest idea call centre where in she is getting messages. second any agent who offered her the reliance phone might have done this with their friends in idea. Any way, serious checking is happening. in case if the messages are repeated, then i can book a case against this. Im a professional with 6yrs of experience as software engineer.
