Idea prepaid connection

I have been using Idea prepaid connection from past 1 and a half year and facing the network and other problems from long time. There is no feedback or action taken by the customer care centre even after repeated complaints. The problems with the connection are increasing day by day, with a new pooping up on every second consecutive day especially from past 2 weeks. Initially there was sum problem with msgs, i wasnt able to send and receive. Idea people took 3-4 days to solve the issue and said it was a temporary problem, . then again i faced problems regarding mms configurations. after calling many times i was told i have to configure it manually. After the configurations, i started facing GPRS PROBLEM. the problem was under process and i faced one more problem..got more than 120 msgs from idea regarding its various service centres in a short time span of 2 hours. the network problem is increasing day by day..with no signals many times..n then there is s problem of congestion due to which my calls are getting dropped even when i call at customer care centre. i m even getting cross connection problem. i have already wasted lots of money becoz of call getting dropped in between. even the staff at the centre is bad..you have to call atleast 5-6 times for a complaint to get regeister and most of executives keep transferring call to their tls..
As there was no proper feedback from Idea, i am forced to raise the issues. Hope sumbdy will help me to get thru these dumb people
