Idea prepaid connection
Ad service and no proper information

Hi im using idea prepaid connection, in idea website there is option to activate our dialer tone but it s not working from past 2 months if i call customers care number they tell its working im finding very difficult to change my caller tune and they have given wrong inforamation in thier web site really im fed up with this, hope ill get a solution for this?..
