Dear sir

my no is 9891320227.there is no network at most of the places in delhi. when there is a festival the faculty cuts the sms pack and charges for every msg and still there server gets down. they always say that there is some technical problem.this time also from 15th oct to 18th octthey had technical problem and we were not able to wish our near and dear ones. we were not getting the delivery reports also. i want to ask to every member of idea andd want a valid explaination and even i am not able to have an explaination from ur customer care staff. what is the reason behind this highly careless attitude?
