Idea prepaid connection
Imposed S.M.S. from Idea

Dear Sir,

I have Idea pre paid plan. My mob. no. is-- 9891699520. my complained is that I am fed up with stupid S.M.S. sent by Idea. My inbox is always full with these S.M.S. only. Because of it important massages are ignored & S.M.S. tone disturbs all the time. If I want to know any new plan of Idea I call easily get to know from Customer care. secondly.. Idea customer care no. has no option to talk directly with the person. There is always recorded voice. Is there any no. on which one can put-up his problems directly to the customer care officer.
