Ipl package deducted /Idea music station package deducted without confirmation

I, ve recieved massage of IPL package deduction from Balance. After Discussion with customer care (Ms alka) 9891012345, Response was, u have received a phone call at 6.50 p.m. on date 9.5.09.but When i checked my receiving calls, No calls confirmation Given from my Phone. Again Discussed With customer care (mr.varun), Told me u have given confirmation on Message. When i asked for record, he said Soorry. When i Asked him to, Give me Other senior person.he told me Address of Mohan Nagar Industrial Area & told there is no Landline or mobile phone or No name of Person to connect. U've to go physically & discuss.

This is 2nd time earlier, In same way Idea music package deducted& no Response from IDEA.
