Complaint about call centre employ

I zohaib alam siddique have called costomer care on 10-11 at around 4:20 pm to get detail of my deduction of money from my account, but the call center employ have not given me any information of my actul deduction. after my repeated question he have scolded me " abe paise nahi kate to kha se batau"

please take some serious action on this matter after all it is hearts any costomer who trust on on you and in return he gets this type of response...
