Deactivation of Services without information

My Idea No. 9702623202 & 9702426553 has been deactivated from Idea.

When I complaint them they told that due to no uses we have disconnected 9702633202 numbers. and due to documents problem they have disconnected 9702426553.

But I would like to inform you that my 9702426553 number was working from 18-01 to June.

Idea have told me this reason to hide their mistake. Normally these people misplace documents and demand another documents.

I would like to ask Idea that how they activated numbers for more that 6 months if there was documents problem.

Can anybody please help me to activate my both numbers. Please Email me.
