IDEA Prepaid Recharging
Compaint for full talk time

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a IDEA Prepaid customer. Today i have see your site www.ideacellular.com and this is showing full talk time in 444 Rs/- and i have recharged my cell phone 09891767282 at 11:34:55 by 444 Rs/- through Internet Banking. but i have not received full talk time. i received only 393.16 Rs. But your sit Till Now Sowing this scheme.

I was discused with Customer executive Mr. Deepak Gupta at 12.30 PM and Senior Person Also but both are not giving me positive reply. and he said that you can do compliant anywhere I can not provide you full talk time. This is not my responsbility.

I have all prof of this complaint.
