Idea pre paid sim
Idea -lost sim of prepaid no along with IMIE of phone required to be blocked

My idea pre paid no 9926636685 has lost .for which i have informed poolice .when myself contacted idea person for blocking the sim card they straight way denied by saying that you must buy a new sim with same no. It is not fair because now i dont want to keep that lost no. kindly inform me what should i do .may i approch respected juduicial court.. some body informed me that the IMIE no of lost phone can be blocked please do inform how can it be done . thanking you si
