Id protection services
Efund from service not authorized

Back in December a w/d from my checking account appeared in the amount of 31.85. I researched it and found it to be from ID Protection Services. I found the site, requested cancellation and a refund.

I explained to them I did not authorize or want thier service and was upset by this transaction.

Approx a month later I received a notice and a cancellation confirm # of 3042424. To date I have not received the refund. I have had several "live chats" with the company, all resulting with "please wait" for your refund.
