Never authorized payment to be deducted fom my account

I applied for a loan online. The next thing I knew when I received my bank statement that this company id theft protection has taken 31.85 out of my bank account. I never signed up for anything, and now they tell you to go to idtheftreundstatus.com to check the status of your refund. That does not work. They keep asking for additional information that you have sent them already.

All I want is my money back in my account. This happened on 9-24-09 when I sent information on my refund. Today I called them. the answer was check back during "business hours". You can't even get a LIVE body to talk to!

I think this company loves to take your money just to...

A SCAM this is and I damn well better NOT be charged for anything I DID NOT order!
