Unauthorized payment from my account

There was an unauthorized payment taken out of my account for the amount of 33.98 on November 17. I would like for those funds be place back into my account as soon as possible. You took the amount of 33.98 out quickly without my approval, therefore I would like the funds issued back to me in the same manner, quickly. I am unemployed, and only get unemployment, which isn't much. Those funds is what I live off of with two children, so refund the money as soon as possible.
