PHOTON FAILD TO DELIVER FOR PAID CONTRACT PROGRAMING

The email bellow confirms that we contracted Photon for a programming project and completely paid for it but Photon failed to deliver the completed project to us and we have continued to liaise with them and they cut all contacts and have taken USD $5000 from us. We think this company out of INDIA is a fraudulent company and we are sending complaints as well to the Federal trade commission. We are also considering legal action against Photon Infotech for breach of contract.
