I apologize for any inconvenience to anyone but i wasn't aware of this id theft protection or it's charges. I was applying for a loan simply to clear up an overdraft that was already in my account because of bills. And now because of this withdraw of $33.98 it's caused me to be back where i started with a negative balance. I would appreciate and be greatly thankful if i could be refunded my$19.72 that has left me with a -$14.26.Thanks.
