Not crediting the check in my account

I am having my account in SBI visakhapatanam no. 30716986950. My father deposited a cheque no. 632624 of Rs. 48900/ in SBI main branch Jalgaon, M.S. payable at Bank of Baroda, Wadiya College branch, Pune, M.S. I went to the Visakhapatanam branch and wasted one complete day and did not get cooperation. My father has been going regularly to the Jalgaon branch but no cooperation to find the where abouts of the cheque. This cheque was issued by the Principal Modern College of Engineering, Pune and they say that the cheque has been debited from their account.

It is requested that the amount may kindly be deposited in my account.
