IFB 17 PG 1S Microwave
Microwave not working properly. REMINDER - I

I bought IFB 17 PG 1S Microwave, Serial No- IFB 2508/01/11788 on 17th June. Nobody had came for the demonstration of the product till date. And from day 1 one haulling sound was coming through it, then I had lodge a complain against the same Complain No- 2367058, Dated:- 31.10.08 at 11.35 a.m & I got the commitment to resolve my problem with in 48 hrs. After 15-20 days of lodging the complain, one mechanic came with wrong part called Megatone and it doesn’t fit in to our product. Then after 1 week another mechanic came with right part, but he was not knowing who to fit it. And again we called up cutomer care today in the morning they said nobody had informed them for the same.

Is this your way to serve the customers. You was so promising when we purchase the microwave from you & now you are not responding to our quires. In short, IFB is not at all a reliable brand to use. If you want your customers to be a regular customer, kingly get the servicing done at earliest.
