I Have bought IFB Microwave Oven Model 20SC2 on 28.03.09 from Sahu Agencies, Lucknow. There was no proper demo and during Demo electricity failed and demo was not completed. When electricity came I tried to use the microwave but the bulb had fused and microwave was not working. I lodged complaint on customer care and was given complaint no. 2891240 dated 4.4.09 and was told by the person that in 48 hours the complaint bwill be attended but sorry to say that till date no one from IFB had contacted me even though my husband has repeatedly reminded on the customer care no. and Local lucknow IFB numbers. We bought IFB because of reputation of the company but sorry to say the working of the IFB is below standard. It would be very kind of you all if through you my complaint is attended.
