I have purchased IFB microwave model 30 SC2 on 19 Jul 08 from IN canteen. In a weeks time, I have registered a complaint of TOP COVER RUSTED. The company rep. (M/s. Lucky services, Mumbai) inspected and assured the replacement of the same upon receipt from company.
Second complaint was lodged by me within next 30 days or so about TURN TABLE NOT ROTATING IN UNIFORM SPEED. The company rep. (M/s. Lucky services, Mumbai) inspected and assured liquidation of both complaints.
During this time, I talked to Mr. Mitesh (or Nitesh) Jain who has assured of machine replacement. The third complaint lodged by me was of INSUFFICIENT HEATING.
In the month of Apr 09, M/s Lucky services rep came for replacement of TURN TABLE MOTOR. This motor was not only in sealed condition but was tampered / repaired. I have refused to replace the same. The engineer has assured me about getting box pack motor.
In the total course, I have made hundreds of calls to Lucky services, Mr. Mitesh Jain, and Customer Care wherein spent amount even more than the replacement charges. I have even sent mail but no reply received.
On July 19th the warranty period was over and the customer service agency named Neo Services emerged asking about pending complaints. Their engineer Mr. Sanjeev Khodke visited my home, checked the microwave and... said that ALL YOUR PROBLEMS WILL BE REPAIRED ON PAYMENT.
What was the reason for such a delay? ready to repair on completion of warranty, Why? and why on payment?
Kindly show me the way out. Not only to repair but along with the way to penalise the responsible. The machine is kept in packed condition for months together.
