I.F.B 6k.g. digital washing machine
Machine does not work

Ihad bought a digital 6K.G. IFB washing machine about two years back and since then every month the sevice engineer has to vist my house at least twice to repair it. every month the machine doesn't work for atleast 10 days.ms. nidhi agrawal posted at rajajipuram i.f.b service center, lucknow (uttar pradesh)

did not take any action against my coplaint.

I would like the company to take back this faulty machine and give me another new machine otherwise i will go to the consumer court and also would request everyone planning to buy a washing machine to go in for any machine but not IFB.

I hope i.f.b company's officer will take appropriate action

and must maintain the goodwill of company.regards
