I had registered a service request for my Elena w/m no 3287298 dtd 22/07. After that I have called 25 times even to their Service Manager Mr Jain also but nobody from their side botherred to call back me. There is no action from their end and the call centre executives including their senior Mr Srinivas advise to scrap the machine and buy a new one instead saying the company is not at all interested in serving old brands.
