Lack of response

My IFB washing machine has not been working for a many days now. I have called IFB a number of times. Once the service engineer visited (after a number of calls) and said he was getting the part and coming right back. This was about 4-5 days ago. After that he didn't show up and despite calling again a few times, there has been no follow-up.

This is completely unacceptable from a 'reputed' company like IFB. I hope someone from that company reads this...
