I bought a new IFB washing machine and my ticket number is 2382170, the irony here is that it's not yet installed.

Apart from that my problem is that when I happened to call the local franchise company to my surprise the owner has a very strange and amazing logic: He says "we (customers) have to inform the (tech's) that they should call only by calling us" which I did not do. I thought in a civilized society like our we call before going to any body's house that minimum excepted but thanks to Mr. Anil the owner of the franchise of IFB he corrected me.
