Contract

I am a user of IFB machine from last 12 years and having a contract with you from last five years in continuation. Recently there is a problem in the pump of my machine. There representative have come to my place and telling me that the pump is duplicate. Since my machine is under contract and i remember that the pump was changed about two years ago by there representative only. Now if they had put the duplicate pump, it is none of my problem. there franchise is not replacing that pump and not entertaining me from last 7 days. I request them to kindly change the pump or refund my annual contract fees.

they are keep on harassing me and not responding
