Nobody attended my complaint

Dear Sir,

It was so quite disappointing for me and my hotel in Kumarakom that inspite of purchasing around 04 nos of washing machine and Dryers from IFB, all my calls towards the service and complaints gone for six. Nobody attended and the poor response from your staff even at the managerial level from Cochin upset me very much. All the calls made from me and my team was never honoured at any time and nobody concerned to give a courtousy call or for a site visit. I really wondered if this is the attitude towards an organisation which purchased around 8 products from IFB, what will be the attitude towards a normal deal?

I you are bothered to a minimum level to my concern PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ send a technician to Taj hotel in Kumarakom for servicing the MACHINES.
