Service man not attending properly

Sir I'm from Ludhiana. i had sent mine ifb machine for service to its service center nearly 15days ago. whenever i call to the service man he uses to say me that "Sir your machine is all right and we'll give it to today" and nearly 10 days has gone he telling me the same words but i Hadn't got it till now. I don't know when their today will come? so please help me. it's very much difficult for me to do work regurarly in home.
