No proper response from customer service

I buy this ifb micro wave on 16 oct.

still there was no demo arranged even after several calls to customer care.

Please do not buy this IFB product, if you do so.. you got to spend huge amount of money on calling for a single demo.

FYI: for the people buying this product, please unpack & check whether is product is in good condition. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME and ENERGY.
