IFB
No white wash

I have ifb executive plus front load. thought very high of ifb technology and it is proved that the white clothes are not washed white. i have tried many washing powders, gave complaints to the ifb, technicians do come only to say that " the machine is fine", but i am not getting white wash. other machines like godrej, lg, videocon do wash white even when mixed with coloured clothes.wht next. i have asked the ifb personells to send the engineer to check the machine, but they send only techinicians. my warranty period is upto 2010. hope in the next year they will add some big bill to get the machine rectified by an engineer.
