i had an excecutive plus model washing m/c

for the past 9 years, iam not in amc, while now my m/c belt is broken, i went to your sales office in collecter nagar, i met your sales person, mr. rajesh and asking for the belt, he says we cant sold the spares, we purchased your product, then how can you

say, dont sell the spares, iam expecting your early

reply, others iam going to move consumer forum regarding this.
