Machine not working

Dear sir,

Iam very sorry to say that your company service personnel in chennai is very bad. They attended my machine 15 days back and told one spare has to be replaced again they came and told the spare brought is defective. now when i call they tell the spare is not available. Now what is the solution. iam tired calling them the person in the reception are useless people they dont know even how to talk to the customers. so i kindly reqest you to take immediate action.
