No response from the service team

Inspite of many calls to customer care, there is no response from the service dealer.

On Monday, June.9th i have lodged a complaint (Complaint No. 1825401). No response.

Again on June.11.2008 a complaint No.(No. 1844228) was lodged but nevertheless threr is no response.

No service person has turned up to my place.

WIll there by any solutions.

***** PLease dont buy any IFB products bcoz even the cost of the product is high and also worst service.
