Poor service and faulty machine sold

I'm an unfortunate owner of your machine, from the day one, there has been some problem or the other, and each time i 've to beg your service people to come and do the repairs.
iI feel that IFB has cheated me of Rs.29000, and sent home a junk which just stands in a corner and does nothing.
your service people are all rude, uncortuous, mannerless.
They send some illqualified person first just to say that they have attended to the call and ultimately take one week to get the problem rectified,
A new machine, so called the highest version is not working and your officer are having fun over it.
I give u two options either u take back your faulty machine and replace me with a fresh and good machine or send me my money back.
