Machine not working since installation

We bought one brand new ifb digital washing machine from ifb factory at bangalore in month of february and was installed by march along with one microwave oven, oven working satisfactorly but washing machine is making lot of noise and vibration once it is put on, we have complained atleast 50-60 times to their toll free number and simply getting complaint number but no response and service person visits, we finally now complaining here, and wish to take issue to consumer forum
