Filter plate not working

I find the custoemr service of IFB at Faridabad is pathetic.

My digital IFB washing Machine is under AMC.

I registered complaint for it on Aug 16. I got two ticket no. 3378133 and 3394683

I made a marathon phone calls with Harpreet, Hemant and the list goes on.

Lastly I got Area manager's no - Akshay. He also turned out to be very inefficient.

They all need to be pulled to the consumer court.
