Service person says I cannot solve

I have registered the complaint almost 40days back. We were out of town for 20 days. Since last 20 days the service person BHARAT-09228798119 came twice in instalments of 7days. he says I am not able to diagnose the problem, you may approach higher office to solve this. The machine does not complete the full cycle. It keeps washing for 1:27hours instead of going inro Rinse & Spin mode to end the cycle.

All mechanical areas are clear. Does the company have any technically qualified personnel or all layman like us who can try & err.!!!
