The IFB call centre in Bangalore - 18604255678 is one of the most ill equipped call centre one can find anywhere in the world. The call centre agents dont understand English. While the automated response system requests to dial 1 for english, when the call is directed to a call agent, the agent doesnt understand English.
Both the response times, and the response quality are the worst one can find globally. Its surprising that IFB being a global company, doesnt have a call centre with well resourced people.
Most recently, there have been a lot of issues getting dishwasher salt and detergents delivered. The lead time is anywhere between 3-4 weeks. Several follow up's are required to be done, post which the agents will shuttle a customer between Harinidhi enterprises and back to the call centre
All in all, a very frustrating experience for a customer!
