IFB/Dish Washer
Leakage from door gasket

Dear sir, I purchased IFB make Dish Washer from their dealer Ashoka Trading Faridabad-121002.in Oct. It gave good service for 2 years. In April water started leaking from door. I filed complaint with their call center. No 2965048 Dt 26/04. After few days mechanic from Faridabad service centre visited my place and on examination informed that door gasket can not be replaced at home. Not satisfied with mechanic's view I again filed complaint no 3183175 Dt 26/06 and also spoke to their Delhi head Sh Amit Anand, who promised quick replacement of door gasket. Inspite of repeated reminders it has not been replaced so far. It appears that IFB do not have any proper service facilities in and around NCR.I would recommend not to purchase any IFB make product as they do not have any organised service set up.
